Paper tickets get lost or are hard to read, and an item forgotten on the bill is pure loss. With digital tickets, an order is written to the table’s bill the moment it is entered from the QR menu or the waiter screen; the cashier, kitchen and waiter all see the same information.
What is on the cashier screen?
- Tables by area: See at a glance which tables are occupied and their open tickets, by area such as main hall, garden or terrace.
- Closing the bill: Close a table by choosing Cash or Card.
- Discounts, complimentary items and refunds: All handled on the cashier screen.
- Split bills: The bill of a large table is split at the till.
- End of day / Z report: Close the day with a single report.
If you already have a till
Turn off the "Cashier Module" in Restaurant Settings and use only the ordering system: guests order via QR, the order reaches the waiter and the kitchen, and the waiter closes the table’s bill from their own screen by choosing Cash or Card. Discounts, complimentary items, refunds, split bills and the Z report are only available while the cashier module is on, and you can switch it on at any time. One flow from order to till
The order reaches the kitchen screen instantly (Kitchen Screen Setup), the waiter serves it when ready, and the bill closes at the till. Multi-branch businesses compare all branches in Chain Reports. Find the right plan on the Packages page.
