MenuRobo was founded in 2026 to make digital transformation easy for restaurants, cafés and hotels. We set out to solve the hassle of updating printed menus, the delays of waiting for a waiter and the gap between the kitchen and the dining room on a single platform.
What we do
We make the whole service manageable end to end, from the moment a guest scans the QR code on the table to the order reaching the kitchen and the bill being closed. No app download or extra hardware is needed; it runs on any device with an internet connection.
- QR menu: A digital menu in 6 languages with photos, allergen and calorie information.
- Table ordering and waiter calls: Orders can only be placed via the QR on the table or in the room; requests for the bill, water or napkins reach the waiter instantly.
- Kitchen, cashier and orders screens: Each screen opens with its own PIN, so staff work without access to the main panel.
- Hotels and room service: Room QR codes, charge-to-room and reception approval.
- AI menu assistant: Answers guests' product, diet and allergen questions using your menu.
- Reports and multiple branches: End-of-day report, busy hours, waiter performance and central branch management.
