01 Can guests make online reservations?
Yes. Once you turn it on, guests send reservation requests from the QR menu without signing up. A request reaches your panel after the guest verifies their email and is final once you approve it. Full times show as "Full" in the menu; you follow reservations with the occupancy screen, table plan and statistics with a heatmap.
02 Can reservation emails be sent from my own address?
Yes. If you enter your own email account on the Email (SMTP) page in the panel, guests receive reservation emails from your address. If you do not, or if your account fails, emails are sent through the system and your guests still receive them.
03 Do I need technical knowledge to set up?
No. You enter your categories and products in the panel or bulk-upload them with Excel; your table QR codes are created automatically.
04 Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code on the table with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser; no app download or sign-up is needed.
05 Can guests order from home?
No. Orders are only accepted from guests who scan the QR code on the table or in the room; even if the menu link is shared, no one can order from home. The QR session ends when the table's bill is closed. For extra security you can turn on the location check and waiter approval for new phones.
06 How do orders reach the kitchen?
Orders placed by guests or waiters appear on the kitchen screen instantly with a sound alert. The ticket can be printed automatically, and the order status (preparing, ready) updates on every screen.
07 How does calling a waiter work?
Guests call a waiter from the menu with one tap and can also ask for the bill, water, napkins or wet wipes. The request appears on the waiter screen instantly; when asking for the bill, guests can choose their waiter.
08 How many languages can my menu show?
Six: Turkish, English, German, Russian, Italian and Arabic. You enter product texts for each language in the panel and can turn off languages you don't use.
09 What does AI add to my menu?
The menu assistant answers guests' allergen, diet and product questions from your menu information; it shows you the questions it couldn't answer so you can add new answers.
10 Is it suitable for hotels and room service?
Yes. Each room gets its own QR code and orders arrive with the room number. Guests can choose to "charge to room", and reception approves or rejects the request from the panel.
11 How do I transfer my existing menu?
Put your products in an Excel file and bulk-upload them from the panel, or enter them one by one.
12 Is my data secure?
Yes. Passwords are stored in a non-reversible form, and restaurant settings and staff PINs are encrypted with AES-256. You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account.
13 Do I have to give my staff access to the main panel?
No. The kitchen, cashier and orders screens and the waiter login each open with their own secret link and PIN. Staff only see their own screen and cannot access the menu, settings or reports.
14 Do I have to use the cashier module?
No. You can turn the cashier module off in settings; the waiter then closes the table's bill by choosing cash or card. Discounts, complimentary items, refunds, bill splitting and the Z report require the cashier module.
15 Can I print bills and receipts?
Yes. You can print a pre-payment bill, a closing receipt and kitchen tickets. It works with 58 mm, 80 mm or custom-width receipt printers, and you edit the receipt header and footer in the panel.
16 Can guests see the status of their order?
Yes. After ordering, guests follow on their phone whether the order is received, being prepared or ready. You can turn this feature on or off in the panel.

18 Which devices does it work on?
It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection; nothing needs to be installed. A tablet or computer is enough for the kitchen and the cashier.
